Order Process:
For in-stock products, please allow 1-3 days to process your order. It usually takes 2-5 days for us to dispatch the package in April-October. An Email with the tracking number will be sent to you when your order is on the way! Winter Season(November-March): It usually takes 7-14 days for us to dispatch the package.
For group pre-ordering products, we will notify the customers when the products have arrived in Finland and the date we send out packages, and are available for pickup at our office near Pasila. If anyhow the package is delayed than expected, we will send an E-mail to customers asap when we know the updated situation and new estimated arrival time. If the delay is unfortunately more than 7 DAYS, customers could ask for cancellation of the order and we will issue the refund process.
Store Pickup:
Orders can be picked up at MuuMuu Studio Helsinki between April-October. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You need to book a visiting time online. For group ordering pickups, we will organize 2-3 tea times that you could drop by and enjoy nice Oolong Tea with us in the beautiful greenhouse. More detailed info will be included in the pickup E-mail.

Delivery in Finland:
Currently, we only provide delivery inside Finland. For bulk orders(over 500€) from companies or groups, we might be able to send our products to EU countries, please write us an email and we will provide the postage offer.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Delivery through Posti (Posti Outlet or Parcel Locker) or Matkahuolto (service point/locker). When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Returns and refunds:
We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive the delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Customized products are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@muumuustudio.fi with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
